About Us
The Jewish Student Association seeks to engage the Washington University in St. Louis Jewish student body in building a formal structure for a shared community arising from individual practices. By fostering student initiative, we will enrich religious experience by transforming club participants into contributing members of an inclusive community.
Our History
The Jewish Student Association (JSA) is the formal name for the greater Jewish Community at WashU (otherwise known as WashJew). In the Fall of 2021, we became an official Student Union (SU) recognized club -- helping us organize and sponsor the same Jewish community events that we have had over the last few years.
